I’m 35, and have lived most of my life in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. I have always loved books – looking at them, reading them, being surrounded by them and, yes, I even smelled the spines as a kid. Growing up, I would notice the differences in the type of paper used to print a book or if there was a high or matte gloss finish on the cover. I often used to stare at a cover design to imagine the storyline before getting started with reading the chapters. Now, I edit publications for a living.

Most of my professional experience has been creating scholarly publications authored by researchers, professors, and physicians. Now, as a literary coach, I bring my keen eye for detail and passion for storytelling to help aspiring writers craft narratives that captivate readers and leave a lasting impact.
